Neil and Keith have known each other for many years through different roles in the industry. Neil has worked in the kitchen sector since graduating in 1984 but in management roles since 1988. Even though his roles were in management, he hasn’t lost any of his enthusiasm for providing the best customer experience he can. Neil is an extremely considerate person who enjoys listening to a customers needs and fully analysing the possibilities before putting forward new plans or ideas. He has a high attention to detail and takes great pleasure in seeing a finished kitchen in use and meeting the needs of a customer and their family.
His passions include trail running and cooking dishes from around the world. He especially loves Greek food and using local produce to experiment with different tastes and flavours.
Neil is very aware of being socially responsible towards the environment and actively challenges our suppliers and manufacturers on their carbon footprint.
